Hurry you have a 3pm meeting at the – company bar? Yes that’s right, scoot on over, you won’t want to miss this one!
There is no doubt that our friends at DES Architects + Engineers designed an ideal office setting for these associates at Bluebeam in Pasadena. The fun, young software company gets to experience interconnectivity at a whole new level. Fine details like incorporating NanaWalls into the office space creates seamless continuity and optimal collaboration for employees. This dynamic design enhances work and play, with added bonuses including, not one – but two bars!
As architectural photographers, shooting corporate interiors during the workday makes it essential to master time management and excellent communication. Working around inter-office meetings, we were always on the move for the next shot. When the CEO of Bluebeam was scheduled last minute in our next meeting room, we quickly switched our plans. And even when there was downtime we were cleaning desks and recruiting employees to model for our photography. Staying flexible with our itinerary was very important with this shoot.
The project was exciting and the employees at Bluebeam were just incredible! A bunch of hilarious and smart tech gurus to chat with all day, what could be better? At one point I was simultaneously discussing Star Wars while finishing up brilliant Lego creations at the game table. It’s ok, DES Architects + Engineers trained us well with the office playground paradigm at GoDaddy. Keep the innovation coming!
A special thanks to Jana Gunsul, the Director of Interior Design at DES, as she helped us tremendously with the stylizing and overall coordination on set. Working with DES Architects + Engineers has always been a great experience and we look forward to the next inventive company makeover.
Now enough talking, lets all head to the Bluebeam bar!
