This Financial Service Firm in Downtown Los Angeles was renovated to incorporate their local identity with their global brand.
Let’s take a walk around the office so I can show you around!
Blending Trends with Needs
Thankfully the designers at Steinberg Hart are masters at blending current workplace trends with the needs of their client.
With a variety of open and closed workspaces, a comfortable break room with amenities and ample amounts of daylighting, Steinberg Hart has incorporated many top design elements into this LA office.

Working Around Working People
As a photographer photo shoots are part of my everyday life. However, most of the places and people I photograph are not so lucky. Knowing this I always take great care in how I approach photographing people while they’re hard at work.
Communication is key to staying on everyone’s good side.
Over many years of photographing workplaces, I learned that people respond better, and are more friendly, when given a “heads up” instead of being caught off guard when I step into their space. No one likes their routines being interrupted.
Flexibility on my end and a smile go a long way, too.
On this particular shoot I had the rare chance to have the designers and architects from Steinberg Hart, who created this space, as the models in my shots! Their LA office is right around the corner from this space, so many of them joined us on the photo shoot!
What an amazing group of people! I hope they had as much fun being in the shots as I did photographing them.
Searching Out Great Eats!
Discovering the best places to eat while I’m on location.
I’m so excited to share with you one of my all-time favorite places to eat in DTLA! Located in the Arts District, right down the street from SCI Arc, the amazing Wurstkuche!
It’s a great place to go to grab a bite to eat while waiting out LA traffic and get some work done on your laptop, which is usually what I can be seen doing when I’m there.
They’ve got great brats, draft beers and an atmosphere fit for the Arts District of DTLA. I’ll meet you there!
